Why packages

Why choose a fixed-price Salesforce package over hourly billing?

Most Salesforce projects run over budget because the scope was never written down. Our packages fix that before the first line of configuration.

Fixed scope, fixed price

You see every deliverable and the full cost before we start. No time-and-materials billing and no scope-creep invoices.

Industry workflows built in

Gift Aid, IRS acknowledgments, MLS feeds, MRR dashboards, CPQ and ERP sync, freight quoting. The data model is shaped around your industry from day one.

Live in weeks, not quarters

Most teams see their first working automations and dashboards within two to four weeks of kickoff.

Certified engineers, directly

You work with Salesforce-certified developers and architects, with no account manager relaying messages.

Modular, built to extend

Start with a smaller package and add integrations, portals or clouds later without ripping out the foundation.

Support after go-live

Every package includes post-launch support, plus the option of a monthly retainer so your org never drifts again.

Other ways to start

Don't see your industry, or already on Salesforce?

Packages are the fastest route for the industries above. For everything else, we scope the work the same way: fixed price, written scope, no surprises.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about Salesforce packages

A fixed-price package is a Salesforce implementation with a written scope, a set list of deliverables and one agreed price. You sign off the scope before any work starts. Anything outside it is quoted separately and you decide whether to include it, so there are no surprise invoices.
It depends on your industry and scope. SaaS setups cost $3,000 to $12,000, UK charity implementations £3,000 to £14,000, and US nonprofit implementations $5,000 to $20,000, all as one-time fixed fees. Real estate, manufacturing and logistics projects are quoted as a fixed price after a discovery call. Managed retainers start at $1,000 per month.
No. Licenses are purchased directly from Salesforce and billed separately. We help you choose the right edition during discovery. Eligible US 501(c)(3) organizations can receive ten free licenses through the Power of Us Program, and we help with the application.
Start with the package for your industry, then pick the tier during the discovery call. Smaller teams usually begin with the entry tier and add integrations or portals later. If you are unsure, book a free 30-minute call and we will recommend a package, or tell you honestly if you don't need Salesforce yet.
Yes. We have dedicated pages for Salesforce for healthcare and MedTech and Salesforce for education, and we also deliver Salesforce projects for financial services, insurance, legal, market research, IT and consulting firms and more. These are scoped individually but priced the same way: fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before we start.
This is one of our most common projects. We start with a Salesforce Health Check, a technical audit of what exists, what is broken and what nobody uses. From there we scope a cleanup and reconfiguration, priced the same way as a new implementation.
Yes. Every package is modular, so the next phase builds on the foundation rather than replacing it. Many clients return three to six months after go-live to add integrations, automation, portals or AI and Agentforce.
Three touchpoints: the discovery call, sign-off on the scope document, and a UAT review before go-live. Beyond that your dedicated developer runs the project and updates you asynchronously by email, Slack or Teams.
Yes. We work with clients worldwide, across North America, the UK, Europe and the Middle East, with offices in Tbilisi and Dubai. Our team is async-friendly, fluent in English and overlaps with your working hours for calls and reviews.
Every package includes a post-launch support period. After that your team can run Salesforce independently with full documentation and training, or continue on a managed retainer from $1,000 per month.
